How to modify the SharePoint Meeting Manager minute template?

To replace the out of the box template you have to copy your template to the “%COMMONPROGRAMFILES\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\12\TEMPLATE\Features\Layer2.Products.MeetingManagement.MinutesManagementLibraryConfigurations\1033” Folder. 1033 is the language id for US and is used for all languages but German. To replace the template used in german Meeting Manager websites, replace the template in the 1031 folder.
The new template will be used for all workspaces created from now on. Meeting Manager Workspaces that are already created are not affected from this change. Read on to learn how to replace the template in existing workspaces.

Where can I change the minute template for workspace?

When a new Meeting Manager Workspace is created, the template from the file system is copied into the Minutes Management Library in the workspace. You can change the template in this library at any time and the change only affects this workspace.
