As a physicist Frank Daske has been working in the field of Information Technology for more than 25 years. He gathered experiences on the customer side as well as a consultant for solution providers and ISVs. During the last years as a Product and Development Manager he has lead the development of one of the first and most successfully Business Content Management Systems based completely on Microsoft .NET Framework and also of additional components for Microsoft SharePoint technology.At Layer2 Frank Daske is responsible for Business Development Management and the Products Department.

Matthias Hupe completed his computer science study for a Bachelor of Science at the University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg. As part of his thesis he dealt with the possibilities of business process mapping and implementation with Microsoft Office and Microsoft SharePoint technologies. And though he remained faithful to this area and has implemented various business processes, e.g. applications for leave, procurement management processes etc.
Since 2008, Matthias Hupe is a member of the Layer2 Business Management.

Robert Dräger, Master of Business Administration,has a degree in Media Computer Science and works for more than 10 years in this business. For more than 6 years, Robert has been working as a consultant with the focus on Microsoft SharePoint technology. His major topics are Knowledge Management and Social Collaboration. He coordinates and implements sophisticated and innovative projects in the Enterprise environment.
Since 2008, Robert is a member of the business management at Layer 2 GmbH.
